Before you publish your digital store

Make the product description specific: who it helps, what files are included, how buyers open them and whether downloads are available. Use the creator launch guides to prepare your first offer.

How do I create a digital product store?

Create a seller account, name your store, choose a website template, add your logo and product files, set prices, and configure the supported payment setup. Preview the storefront and check the purchase-to-app-access flow before sharing your link.

Which digital products can I sell?

You can list ebooks, PDF guides, documents, presentations, spreadsheets, video, audio, images, notes, data files and ZIP bundles. Each product can include several supported files, with the viewing and download options chosen by the seller.

What commission does Createpie charge on a product sale?

Createpie applies a 10% platform commission to the product subtotal. For a ₹499 product purchase, the platform commission is ₹49.90 and the seller amount is ₹449.10 before separate taxes, provider adjustments or refunds. The dashboard shows the accounting amounts; this is not a promise of an immediate bank payout.

Can I choose a template and use my own logo?

Yes. Choose from 10 storefront templates, use a light or dark theme, and add your logo, banner, store introduction and FAQs. Templates change the presentation of your store while your products and buyer access stay connected.

Do buyers download the product or use an app?

Buyers receive app login details and install links after successful web payment. Supported protected files open in the Createpie app. Sellers can enable downloads for supported files, and ZIP bundles download by default. Capture protections vary by device and operating system.

You choose whether your active store appears in the marketplace. Your store can also be shared directly through its own subdomain.
